In-shore fishing along Florida’s Gulf Coast also provides great opportunities for Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout, and Spanish Mackerel.
Spin fishing with bait or jigs and fly fishing are both very productive methods for these saltwater species. Regardless of your skill level or fishing preference, fish are abundant and readily caught.

The Charlotte Harbor Estuary and surrounding area are considered one of the most sought-after fishing destinations on the Gulf Coast. Saltwater sportfish including Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, and Spotted Seatrout attract anglers from all over the world.
Located approximately two hours south of Tampa and an hour north of Fort Myers, Charlotte Harbor and surrounding coastline offers one of Florida’s top fisheries. The harbor is approximately 35 miles long and 12 miles wide, offering 270 square miles of incredible fishing.
If you are willing to put the time and effort into getting here, I will do what is possible to put you in front of trophy fish.
